A card for each study shows its name, description, and materials, along with timestamp for
its most recent update, and the name of the user who created the study. An icon on the card
indicates the current lifecycle state of the study.
Unapproved: a study that you must fully define, review, and approve before it is activated.
Pending Approval: a defined study ready for review and signing.
Approved: a study whose design has been reviewed and signed off. But, which is not yet ready for experiments to begin.
Active: a study that is ready for experiments to begin.
Complete: a study all of whose tasks are complete.
Finalized: a study whose tasks are complete and results approved.
Inactive: a study that has been stopped.

edited by another user, a tooltip reports their username and full name. You can view the
study, but you cannot make edits.
