You can create collections, add the required 3D Merchandising data to them, and export these collections. The data is exported to a ZIP file that you can import into the 3D Merchandising app later.
You can export data of types assortment, representation, product, gondola, scene, store, and storyboard.
Your Business Administrator can define the export parameters. The Business Administrator can define parameters such as the objects from which the export is started and the object relationships that are adhered to when exporting a collection.
The objects that match the parameters defined in the configuration file and the objects that are associated with the selected compositions are considered for export. If the latest versions of these objects are in the release state, they are added to the export collection. Otherwise, their last available versions are added.
- If you select an assortment to export, the associated sub assortment, rules, consumer decision trees, products, representations, gondolas, scenes, and stores are exported.
- If you select a product to export, all its representations are exported.
- If you select a representation to export, all its thumbnails, images, and 3D files are exported. If the representation is associated to a product, the product is also exported.
- If you select a gondola, scene, store, or a storyboard to export, the representations and associated products are exported. Prepared objects such as merchandising guides, reports, reviews, and First Person Shopper experience are not exported.
