You can prepare product and assortment data, and import it
into the
3D Merchandising
app.
Before you begin: Prepare the data that you want to import. For more information,
see
Preparing Content.

In the
top bar,
select
.
The
Import 3D Merchandising Data window appears.

Click the
Click or drop files here box, and select the
XLS file and the images. You can also drag the XLS or CSV file, and the images
into the
Click or drop files here box.
The document and image icons are highlighted.
- Optional:
Select the
Assortment Update Mode check box.
If you select this check box when you import an
assortment that already exists:
- The products that are listed in the XLS file and are not
present in the existing assortment are added.
- The products that are listed in the XLS file and are present
in the existing assortment are updated.
- The products that are present in the existing assortment but
not listed in the XLS file are detached.
- The colors of the consumer decision tree segments are not
updated.

Click
Import.
The selected files are imported.
The uploaded content is available in the
3D Merchandising
app.
Notes:
- Your Business Administrator can configure the parameters to
import content.
- The
History tab lists the data that you have
already imported and the imports that failed. You can download the import log
files or delete these import entries. You can also cancel an import in
progress. To do so, open another import window and in the history tab, click
corresponding to the import in progress.
