Representations

This page lists all the available representations. You can view the details of a representation, clone, or delete it.

Required access roles: Author, Leader, Reader, Contributor, Owner

From the home page, click Representations on the navigation pane.

Columns


Column	Description
Thumbnail	The image of the representation.
Quick Launch	Click to open the representation in a new tab. Click to open the representation in Pack Manager.
Title	The name of the representation. Click to view the details of the representation.
Description	Details of the representation.
Status	The lifecycle state of the representation.
Owner	The name of the representation owner.
Additional Attributes
Nature	Nature of the representation. For more information, see About Representations.
Presentation	Presentation of the representation. For more information, see About Representations.
Insertion	Insertion of the representation. For more information, see About Representations.
Revision	The revision number of the representation.

Views


View	Description
	Click to add more attributes to the view. Your Business Administrator can configure the list of attributes.
Thumbnail View	Click to view the representations as thumbnails. In the thumbnail view, you can point to a representation to view its details. You can click and select an action. You can opt to open the representation in a new tab, clone, or delete the representation.
Tile View	Click to view the representations as tiles. In the tile view, you can point to a representation to view the details and select actions similar to the thumbnail view.
Table View	Click to view the representations in a table.

Filters


Filter	Description
Search	Filters representations by title.
Nature	Filters representations by the nature of the representation.
Last Revision	Filters representations by revision number.
Maturity	Filters representations by lifecycle state. You can select multiple states.

Actions	Description	For More Information
Pack Manager	Opens a representation in Pack Manager. An Author, Leader, or Reader can open a representation in Pack Manager.	--
Clone	Clones a representation.	See Cloning a Representation.
Delete	Deletes a representation.	See Deleting a Representation.
Add to Collection	Adds the selected representation to a collection.	Adding Items to a Collection from a List Page
Add to Bookmark Folder	Adds the selected representation to a bookmark folder. Select a representation and click Add to Bookmark Folder. In the Bookmark Folder box, enter the name of the required bookmark folder, select the required bookmark folder from the results, and click OK.	Collaboration and Approvals User's Guide: Bookmarks
Refresh	Refreshes the list of representations.	--
Search my recent content	Click to view your recently created content if it does not appear on the page.	--
Search in index	Click to view your content that is indexed.	--
