Abaqus Simulations

You can create a simulation, or analysis case, and upload an Abaqus input file to it. You can then configure submission options and run an Abaqus® simulation on the cloud.

Analysis cases are containers for different combinations of steps and simulation features; for an Abaqus simulation, they can contain one input file. Each analysis case represents a complete simulation you can run.

A simulation object contains one or more analysis cases and information regarding how to configure and run the analysis cases. The simulations panel displays simulation objects and analysis cases.

You can also upload a precompiled Abaqus user subroutine to an Abaqus analysis case to run it on the cloud.
