Deleting a Favorite Search

You can delete a favorite search or even a submenu of favorite searches using Organize favorites.

Before you begin:
  • Check that you have a favorite search or submenu of favorite searches that you want to delete.

  1. Click Favorites in the Search tab, and select Organize Favorites.
  2. In the Organize Favorites dialog box, select the favorite or submenu of favorites that you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete favorite .
  4. Click OK.

    If you close the Organize Favorites dialog box without clicking OK, the software does not apply the deletion, and the favorite you tried to delete remains in your favorites list.

When you click Favorites in the Search tab, the submenu no longer displays the deleted favorite or favorite submenu.
