Viewing and Generating Analysis Reports

You can generate a customized HTML report of Auto Gun Search and Weld analysis results.

Before you begin: This scenario assumes that you have successfully run the simulation for an Auto Gun Search or Weld Analysis and obtained the results.

Generating Analysis Reports

You can generate a customized HTML report of Auto Gun Search and Weld analysis results.

  1. Select Generate XML Report.

    The Generate XML Report dialog box is displayed.

  2. For Document Name, enter a name for the XML file to be saved. For Report Title, enter a title that will be displayed at the top of the report.
  3. Select OK.

    The XML file is created and saved with the name provided for Document Name.

In the case of an Auto Gun Search, the style sheet specified Me > Preferences > Simulation > Process Engineering > Tool Analysis is applied. An example of the output is shown below:

In the case of Weld Analysis, the style sheet specified in Me > Preferences > Simulation > Robotics > Robot Spot Simulation is applied. An example of the output is shown below:

Viewing Existing Reports

You can view reports that have been previously generated and saved.

  1. Select View XML Reports.

    The View XML Report dialog box is displayed.

  2. Select a report in the list and click OK.
    The selected report is displayed.
