Part Marking Specification Properties Page

You can view the properties of a specification that is attached to a part marking object.

  1. Access a part marking Properties page. See Part Marking Properties Page.
  2. Click the Marking Specification category.
  3. Click the highlighted name of a specification from the Name column. The Properties page opens.

ColumnDescription
Name Name of the specification
State The current state of the specification in its lifecycle
Description An overview of the document's content
Owner The person responsible for the specification

Files Section

The Files section lists file that are associated with the part marking specification. See File List for a Versioning Document.

Actions Menu and Page Toolbar

Click any of the following commands from the page Actions menu or toolbar to work with the specification. When you click a command, it is performed on all checked specifications.
