Unit PowerView - Lots Page

The Lots page, which lists the summary of lots assigned to a part, is displayed in the Unit PowerView only if the related part marking is not serialized.

  1. Access the Properties page of the part for which you want to view lots.
  2. Click the Unit PowerView category.

This page discusses:

Columns

Column Description
Name Name of the lot. Click any highlighted name in this column to access the Properties page for that lot.
Type The type or subtype of the lot
State The current state of the lot in its lifecycle
Owner Person who is currently assigned responsibility for the lot
Originator The person who created the lot. This person is initially the owner of the lot, but can assign responsibility to another user.
Customer Customer for whom the lot is intended
Number of ElementsThe number of parts in the lot

Add ExistingYou can add an existing lot in the context of a marked part. The Search page opens. Search for and select a lot. About Searches
Create NewCreate one or multiple lots in the context of marked parts. Creating a Lot
RemoveRemove selected lots. This removes the relationship between the lot and the part. It does not delete the lot from the database.
