Page Overview

This section describes the commands you see when you open a Enterprise IP Schema Specialization widget. These commands are contextual and also appear across the Types, Attributes Groups, and Extensions pages.


Number	Description
	Navigation Menu Allows you to navigate through the different pages of Enterprise IP Schema Specialization. When you have opened a specialization element, the menu displays the list of all existing elements and you can: Click a page or specialization element name to open the corresponding page or specialization element accordingly. Click to close the open page or specialization element. Click Toggle Collapse to close the navigation menu and only display the open page or specialization element.
	Page Name Displays the name of the open page.
	Number of Elements Indicates the number of elements you have created. For example, if you are on the Types page, the number indicates the number of types you have created.
	Refining Commands Allow you to refine the elements that the open page displays. For more information, see Refining Commands.
	Creation Command Displays a command that allows you to create a type, a group of attributes, or an extension, or an attribute depending on the page or element's tab you are on. Note: Command is hidden if creation is impossible for the element you are on.
	Element Tiles Displays all the elements you have created and that match the refining criteria you have applied, if any. There is one tile per element. You can: Open an element by clicking its tile. Change the elements' display name to their internal or external name. For more information, see Editing Widget Preferences. For information on the locks that tiles may display, see Tiles Locks.

Refining Commands

The following commands appear across Enterprise IP Schema Specialization and allow you to refine the types, attributes groups, extensions, attributes, or scopes that the open page displays.


Command	Steps	Description
	Click and enter a few letters in the field that appeared when you clicked the command.	Shows all the elements whose name, scope name, or super element name if applicable, matches the letters you have entered. Note: The results depend on your widget's display name preference. For more information, see Editing Widget Preferences.
	Click and select Concrete or Abstract.	On the Type and Extension page, filters the page by concrete or abstract elements accordingly.
	Click and select Exported, In production, or Under definition.	On the Type page, filters the page by type' status accordingly. For more information on statuses, see Tiles Locks.
	Click > Reset	On the Type page, clears all the filters you have applied. The page displays all existing elements.
	Click and select Own Attribute or Inherited Attribute.	On an element's Attributes tab, filters the displayed attributes accordingly.
	Sorts elements in alphabetical order or in reverse order.	Sorts elements in alphabetical order or in reverse order.

Tiles Locks

Tiles have a lock area to indicate if elements have ever been imported or exported. For more information, see Exporting and Importing Specializations.


Tile Lock	Status Description
No lock	Indicates that the specialization element is in the Under definition status, meaning that it has been created in the current environment and has never been exported nor imported.
	Orange Lock Indicates that the specialization element is in the Exported status, meaning that it has been exported at least once. Edition or deletion may be impossible.
	Red Lock Indicates that the specialization element is in In production status, meaning that it has been imported from an Enterprise IP Schema Specialization widget that was in the production environment. Edition or deletion may be impossible.
