Models Panel

The Models panel provides an overview of all products in the Experience and their structure. In addition, all product or part changes done in the current scene are listed here.

You can access the Models panel by selecting the corresponding tab in the content panel.

To manage the product, its parts, or their changes, use the context toolbar. For more information, see Context Toolbars.

Product List

Lists all the products that are available inside your experience together with their hierarchical structure. You can find the product list below the line in the lower part of the panel. To access the part structure of a product, click the arrow right next to it .

All parts belonging to the product are displayed with the following naming convention: Reference name (Instance name).

A selected part or product is highlighted in blue in the panel as well as in the viewport. In parallel the properties panel of the selected product or part opens, see Product and Part Properties.

Parts that are hidden by design, or that are set to invisible by a Scene Change are displayed with 50% opacity in the content tree. For more information, see Swap to Invisible Space from the Action Bar.

Scene Changes

Lists modifications like tweaked product or part properties or hidden products or parts for the current scene. To access the changes list of a product, click the arrow right next to it .

The following modifications can appear in the Scene Changes list:

Transformation Property Change
Indicates a change in the part's transformation.
Possible changes can be modifications on the properties Position, Rotation, or Scale.
Visibility Change - Hide
Indicates that a part has been hidden.
Note: Changing the state to Show again does not automatically remove the change, but adjust its action and indication.
Visibility Change - Show
Indicates that a part has been set to visible.
Note: Changing the state to Hide again does not automatically remove the change, but adjust its action and indication.

A part can have multiple changes. The selection of a change in the content panel highlights the belonging part in the viewport and triggers the display of the properties panel. The corresponding part hierarchy in the content structure in highlighted in gray.

When you delete a change, the part or product gets back its original, or by-design state from the insertion.
