You can publish your assets in various locations of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.

Publish a Single Asset to 3DSwym

You can publish a single asset to 3DSwym.

  1. From a collaborative space or a collection, select an asset.
  2. From the app toolbar, click (tap) Publish Content and select Publish to 3DSwym .
  3. In the Publish to 3DSwym dialog box, select one of the following:
    OptionDescription
    Community Lets you publish your asset and its associated content in a community of 3DSwym.
    Conversation Lets you publish your asset and its associated content in a conversation of 3DSwym.
  4. Select the content type you want to publish the asset with.

    Important: For a conversation, you can publish an asset only with the Media or Post content types.

  5. If you selected Community, select the community in which you want to publish the asset.
  6. If you selected Conversation, select the conversation in which you want to publish the asset.
  7. Enter a user-friendly title for the content that you publish.
  8. Enter a description.
  9. Optional: If you selected the Community option and the Media content type, you can select the Display on What's New option to display the published media on the What's New page of the community.
  10. Click (tap) Publish.

Publish Assets to 3DDrive

You can publish one or more assets to 3DDrive.

  1. From a place or collection, select one or more assets.

  2. From the app toolbar, click (tap) Publish Content and select Publish to 3DDrive .
  3. Select the 3DDrive folder in which you want to publish the selected asset, and click (tap) OK.
