Filtering Assets

You can filter the assets that you want to display in a collaborative space or a collection by their types or using the 6WTags semantics.

Filter Assets by their Types

You can filter assets by their types.

  1. From the app toolbar, click (tap) Filter .
  2. Select the type of assets that you want to display.

    There are several types of assets that have their own specificities. For more information, see About Assets.

    Tip: You can select and display more than one type of assets concurrently. The types of assets are not mutually exclusive. This lets you further refine your filtering.

Filter Assets Using 6WTags

You can filter assets using 6WTags.

  1. From the top bar, click 6WTags .
  2. Select specific 6WTags to filter the assets that you want to display.

  3. Optional: Select an asset and assign it some 6WTags.
