Manufacturing Responsibility

The following table describes the columns in the Manufacturing Responsibility tab. To open, click information and select the Manufacturing Responsibility tab.

Note: You can also list manufacturing responsibilities in the child product list, use Attribute Management to add the Manufacturing Responsibility column to the list.

Column Description
Title

The user-defined title of the object.
Make/Buy How the object is acquired, either make it ('M') or buy it ('B').
Outsourced Whether making the object is to be outsourced ('Yes' or 'No'). This field is blank for objects to be bought.
Revision

The revision level of the object.
Owner

To change the owner, use 3DSearch to select a user.

Important: You can only select a user that is in the same collaborative space and organization. For more information, see Changing the Owner of Objects and Moving Objects to Another Collaborative Space or Organization.

Organization The manufacturing responsibility organization.
Project The collaborative space that owns the manufacturing responsibility.
Maturity State

The current maturity state of the object.
