Common WBSE List

You can list the Common WBSEs for a project, product, product line, or a configuration item.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Leader, Owner
  • App-specific: Contracts Manager, Data Manager, Program Controls Specialist, Subcontract Administrator, Subcontractor

To access this page:

  1. Click Home .
  2. In the navigation pane, select Program Mgmt > Common WBSE.

Or

  1. Open a Project. For more information, see Opening a Project.
  2. In the navigation pane, select Project Requirements.
  3. Select the Common WBSE tab.
Note: You can also view the Common WBSE list from a product, product line, or configuration item.

Columns

Column NameDescription
WBSE IDThe id for the WBSE.
TypeThe type of object the Common WBSE is created from.
State The current lifecycle state of the Common WBSE.
Organization The organization responsible for the Common WBSE.
Alpha WBSEAlphabetical determination of the WBS number generally signified as A1, A11, A111.
WBSE TitleThe title for the WBSE.
DescriptionThe description of the WBSE.
WBSE ManagerThe manager responsible for the WBSE.
Configuration ContextThe configuration context that is required to configure the product revision or option effectivity associated with this object.
Satisfied By FeatureLists the features that complete the object.
RevThe Statement of Work document number.
StateThe current lifecycle state of the WBSE.
Any related attachments added to the Common WBSE.
RecurringThe date work on the WBSE will start and is in the Active state.
Opens the Common WBSE in a new window.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

Note: Create WBSE and Delete Selected are the only actions available when creating a Common WBSE from Program Mgmt > Common WBSE.

WBSE Loader Creates WBSE structures from the Common or Contract WBSE. The Leader, Contracts Manager, Data Manager, Program Controls Specialist, or Subcontractor can use the WBSE Loader. Using the WBSE Loader
Add Existing Adds an existing Common WBSE to the object. The selected Common WBSE is added to the Common WBSE table and to the structure menu .
View Copied Contract WBSE This action is available if you view Common WBSE from a project.
Configuration Management > Add Context or Remove Contexts Adds or removes the selected context from the structure. These actions are only available when creating a Common WBSE from Program Mgmt > Common WBSE.
Delete Selected Deletes the selected object.
Enable Edit Toggles to the edit mode. In this mode, you can line-edit Common WBSE information. The Leader, Owner, Contracts Manager, Data Manager, Program Controls Specialist, or Subcontractor (with owner context) can modify the Common WBSE properties.3DEXPERIENCE Platform Structured Content in Edit Mode
