The Projects Summary Report is a dashboard displaying charts with data related to a project. A selected program will open to the Projects Summary Page.

Columns


Name	Description
Name	The name of the project.
	The status flags indicate whether the project's tasks are behind schedule. The project's status flag reflects the status of the task that is most behind. No flag - the task is not late. Green - the task is complete. Yellow - the task is not complete and not late. Red - the task is not complete and late.
Current Phase	The current gate, phase, task, or milestone of the project.
Type	Project Space.
Status	The current lifecycle state for the project.
Owner	The user currently responsible for the project.
Estimated Finish Date	The date the project is estimated to be complete.
Actual Finish Date	The date the project is promoted to complete.
Originated	The date the project was created.
Program	The program connected to the project.
Description	The detailed description of the project.
Priority	Defines the priority of the project relative to other projects in the program or contract for sorting or weighting.
Complexity	The relative complexity of the project relative to other projects in the program or contract for sorting or weighting.

In the panel, you can view the pending tasks for the for the project.

Column	Description

Escalation Required	Escalation is or is not required for the issue.
Estimated Start	The estimated date the issue will start.

Actual Start	The actual date the issue will start.
Actual Finish	The actual date the issue will finish.
Reported Against	The project the issue is reported against.
Owner	The user currently responsible for the issue.
Priority	The priority level of the issue.

Assessments

The panel shows the assessments or the health of a project.

Click the links to show the assessment status for the following five attributes:

Summary
Resource
Schedule
Finance
Risk

Each attribute has a color that shows the status of the assessment:

Red indicates that the project is in trouble and needs attention.
Orange indicates that the project is on schedule, but is at high risk and needs to be monitored.
Green indicates that the project is in good health.
No Color indicates that the status has not been assigned.

The assessment details are displayed with the following columns.


Column	Description
Name	The name of the assessment.
	The status of the assessment.
Author	The user who created the assessment.
Role	The author's role in the project.
Date	The date of the assessment.
Resource	The status of the project's resources.
Schedule	The status of the project's schedule.
Finance	The status of the project's finances.
Risk	The status of the project's risks.

Efforts

The panel shows the efforts for each project. Efforts show the assignee effort levels for each task in a project so you can compare the planned efforts against the progress and actual efforts.

Click each row to show the following efforts for the project:

Actual. The days of effort have been submitted through weekly time cards against the task.
Progress. Calculated by multiplying the planned effort by the percent complete of the assigned tasks.
Planned. The total number of days planned for all tasks in a project.

The effort details are displayed with the following columns.


Column	Description
Name	The name of the effort.
Week Ending	The week-ending date for the effort.
State	The current lifecycle state of the effort.
Pending	The pending efforts for the task.
Planned	The planned efforts for the task.
Total	The total efforts for the task.
Remaining	The remaining efforts for the task.
% Complete	The percentage of effort that is completed.
Estimated End Date	The date the effort is estimated to be complete.
Predicted End Date	The date the effort is predicted to be complete.
Weekly Details	The efforts in terms of hours for each day of the week.
