Creating TPM Values

You can create TPM values from the TPM.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Administrator, Leader
  • App-specific: Contracts Manager

Before you begin: A TPM must exist.

Creating a TPM
  1. Open the TPM List page. For more information, see TPMs List.
  2. Select the check box next to the TPM.
  3. From the page toolbar, click Create TPM Value .
  4. Enter the details:
    Field Names Description
    Type TPM Value is the type.
    Name Enter a name for the TPM value or select Autoname to automatically name the TPM value.
    Description Enter a detailed description of the TPM value.
    Owner Click to select the user responsible for the TPM value.
    Policy TPM Value is the policy that governs the lifecycle for the TPM value.
    Status Enter any status information related to the TPM value.
    Current Effective Date Click to select the effective date for the current value.
    Unit of Measure During the creation of the TPM, the unit of measure can be specified.
    Current Uncertainity Value Enter the current uncertainty in the current value of the requirement.
    Current Value Enter the current value of the performance measurement.
  5. Click OK.

The TPM values are listed below the TPM on the TPM Values page. The latest TPM Value cannot be selected or deleted.
