Importing Models

You can import existing pathway models into Living Map. As soon as you open an imported model, it is automatically saved.

Before you begin: Models to import must be in SBML, GPML, XML, or JSON format.

  1. From either the Home Page left panel or the Actions, click Import content.
    A file browser opens displaying only SBML, GPML, XML, and JSON files.
  2. Select the file to import and click Open to replace the current pathway model.

    Tip: You can import files shared through 3DDrive by other Living Map users. Drag and drop Living Map files from a 3DDrive widget on the same dashboard or download and import them from your locally synchronized 3DEXPERIENCE drive.

The import saves the new pathway model and opens a new Map Area for the imported file.
