Currency Exchange Rates Page

This page lists the currency exchange rates defined for the company. For each conversion, you can specify different exchange rates for specific time periods.

You must be an employee of the company, not a member of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform, to view currency exchange rates.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Administrator

  1. Open the required company. For more information, see Opening a Company, Subsidiary, or Business Unit.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Currency Exchange Rates.

Columns

Currencies display in this format:

<3CharCurrencyCode>-<CurrencyName>-<COUNTRY>

For example, Euros show as EUR-Euro-EUROPE and US dollars show as USD-US Dollar-UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (THE).

Column Name Description
From Currency The currency being converted from.
To Currency The currency being converted to.
Rate The rate used to convert the currencies.
Effective Date The date this conversion rate became effective.

Delete Selected Deletes selected rates; click OK to confirm. --
Enable Edit / Disable Edit Toggles between edit and view mode. In edit mode, you can edit the rate and effective date. --
