Name

The name of the route. If the owner chose AutoName when creating the route, the
name contains a prefix and a number. Click the name to open the
route. See Opening a Route. |

Shows the status of the route. A green arrow means
that all route tasks are on time. A yellow diamond means at least
one route task, not including the last task in the route, is late. A
red square means that the last task is
late.

Description
|
The description the owner entered for the route.
|
Route Base Purpose
|
Determines the kind of tasks included in the
route. The list of routes for some objects do not include this
column.

Finished |
All members have completed
their tasks for the route. |

Scope
|
Only shows on the Routes Summary page. The members
who can access the route: all, organization, or a specific Bookmark Root or project space. Not on the page for a product. on the page for
a document.

Due Date
|
The date the final route member is scheduled to
complete his or her task. If this date has passed and the final task
has not yet been completed, the route status is red. |
Owner
|
The person who created the route. |
State Condition
|
Only shows on Routes page of an item. The
lifecycle state of the parent item when the route was created.
