Revision Page for a Bookmark Root Template

The Revision page for a Bookmark Root Template lists previous revisions of any Bookmark Root Template.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Contributor

To access this page:

  1. Open the required Bookmark Root Template. See Opening a Bookmark Root Template
  2. In the navigation pane, click Revision.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the Bookmark Root Template. To view the properties page for a revision, click its Name. The Properties page is the same as the pages for the highest revision (see Bookmark Root Template Properties Page), except you cannot edit a previous revision.
Rev The revision number for the Bookmark Root Template. The page only shows the highest revision of each template.
Description A summary of the information in the Bookmark Root Template.
Availability User means the Bookmark Root Template is available only to you. Enterprise means the Bookmark Root Template is available to all Bookmark Root members.
Owner The person who saved the Bookmark Root Template version.
Opens the properties page for the Bookmark Root Template in a new window.
