Inherit Access
|
Choose an option:

Description |
Yes
|
The Bookmark inherits access from its parent
object. All members of the Bookmark Root become members of the Bookmark. The access type of the Bookmark is Inherited. |
No
|
The Bookmark does not inherit access from its parent object.
None of the members of the Bookmark Root (listed on the Sharing page) are automatically
added to the Bookmark. You can manually add members and assign access
levels, however, you can only add users who are
members of the parent Bookmark Root or Bookmark. The access type of the Bookmark is Specific. For baseline behavior, primary ownership has all access on the Bookmark. That is, users who belong to the object's
collaborative space and organization have all
access to the Bookmark. Access is also restricted based on the user's
access role (Author, Reader, and so on).

After you create a Bookmark, you cannot edit this field.
