Collaboration Partners Page

You can view the organizations defined as collaboration partners for the selected company. Collaboration partners are added to this list when your organization accepts a collaboration request.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Administrator
  • App-specific: Organization Manager, Company Representative

To access this page:

  1. Open the required company. See Opening a Company, Subsidiary, or Business Unit.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Collaboration Partners.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The company name of the partner. You can click to view or edit details about the partner. See Company, Subsidiary, Business Unit, and Department Properties.
Phone The main business unit phone number, as included in the business unit definition.
Web Site The URL of the business unit's website.
Share Types Comma-separated list of types, such as Parts or CAD Drawings, that the collaboration partner allows to be created in their company.
Edit Share Types Click . Select or clear the check boxes as required, then click Done.
You can click to view the Properties page for the company in a separate window.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

Action Description
Remove Removes the selected partner; click OK to confirm.

The collaboration is removed, but the company is not deleted.
