Opening a Company, Subsidiary, or Business Unit

You can access all the information related to your Company , Subsidiary, or Business Unit.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Administrator, Reader, Owner
  • App-specific: Company Representative, Organization Manager, Buyer Administrator, Supplier Representative, Advanced Quality Engineer, Buyer, Supplier Development Manager, Supplier, Supplier Engineer

Note: Not all access roles have access to all categories, information, or actions. Suppliers can view other supplier companies, but cannot view all categories and cannot perform any actions.

  1. In the navigation pane, click View My Company or, to view a different company, click Companies and click the name of the required company.

    To open a Subsidiary or Business Unit, click Subsidiaries or Business Units, then click the name of the required organization.

  2. You can use the categories in the navigation pane to access information related to the organization.

    Collaboration Partners Shows a list of companies that are defined as collaboration partners for this organization. Does not show for Customer companies. Collaboration Partners Page
    Departments Shows the departments for the organization.

    Does not show for Customer companies.

    Location Shows location details for the organization. Locations Page

    People Provides a list of people who work for the organization. People Page
