Inactive People Page

This page lists inactive people and allows you to activate them. You can also activate a person from that person's properties page.

Required access roles to edit someone else's properties:

  • Baseline: Administrator, Owner
  • App-specific: Organization Manager, Company Representative, Buyer Administrator, Supplier Representative

To access this page:

  1. From the Compass, select Social and Collaborative Apps .
  2. In the list of apps, click Collaboration and Approvals.
  3. In the navigation pane, click Experience Configuration > Advanced Profile Configuration > Inactive People.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The username of the inactive person. You can click to open the Properties page for that person. See Person Properties.
Organization The organization the person belonged to. You can click to view the properties page. See Company, Subsidiary, Business Unit, and Department Properties.
Business Phone The person's business phone number.
Email The email address entered for the person. You can click to open an email message pre-addressed to the shown address.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

Command Description
Activate Activates the selected person. You must have the Administrator, Organization Manager, or Company Representative access role.
