Person: Business Skills Page

This page lists the business skills for a specific person. From this page, you can assign more skills to them, or remove existing skills.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Owner, Administrator
  • App-specific: Resource Manager, Organization Manager, Company Representative

To access this page:

  1. Open the required person. See Opening a Person.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Skills.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the skill. You can click to view its Properties page. See Business Skill Properties Page.
Description Description of the skill.
Competency The person's competency level in the skill. Values are Excellent, Very Good, Good, and Poor.
Experience (Years) The number of years the person has experience in the skill.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

Action Description
Add Existing Adds skill levels for the person. Predefined Queries

After adding a person, click to specify Competency and Experience values.

Remove Removes selected skills from this person, click OK to confirm.
Enable Edit / Disable Edit Toggles between edit and view mode. In edit mode, you can edit the Competency and Years Experience values.
