Opening a Decision

You can access all the information related to a decision. Depending on your access role, you might not be able to access all categories.

Required access roles: If you have access to the parent of the Decision, you can access the Decision.

  1. Open the parent item for the Decision, or make Collaboration and Approvals the active app.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Decisions. For some parent items, the Decisions page might be a tab for a category listed in the navigation pane.
  3. Click the name of the required Decision. You can use the categories in the navigation pane to access information related to the Decision.

    Decision name Shows the properties for the Decision. Decision Properties Page

    Reference Documents Lists the documents checked into the Decision. Documents and Content
    Where Used Shows the requirements or meetings that are associated with the Decision. Where Used Page for a Decision
    Applies To Lists the objects tracked by this Decision. Applies To Page for a Decision
    Discussions Shows the discussions related to the Decision. Discussions Page for an Object
    Revisions Lists the revisions of the Decision. Revisions Page for a Decision
    Lifecycle Shows the states for the document, including its current state. Lifecycle Page and Decision Lifecycle
    History Shows history information about the document. Viewing History for Content
