Create a Task
You can create a task.

In the top bar, select Add
> Content.
The New Content dialog box appears. -
Select Collaborative Design Task Reference.
The Collaborative Design Task / Collab Design Task Reference dialog box opens.

Fill in the fields presented.
Tips: - Use the Definition field to explain what the task will be used for.
- Use the Description field to give instructions to designers you work with.
- Select the True option if you want the task to be supervised and checked by the project creator when completed. When selecting the option, a warning message appears at the end of the task (when designers are about to promote their tasks) so that they remember to have their tasks supervised and checked by the project creator.
- Click OK.
Your new task is created and you can see it in the Navigation window.
