Column	Description
Type	The type of technical specification.
Name	The name of technical specification.
Revision	The revision of technical specification.
Policy	The policy of technical specification.
State	The state of technical specification.
Organization	The organization of technical specification.
Project	The project of technical specification.
Owner	The owner of technical specification.
Originated	The date of origin for technical specification.
Description	The description of technical specification.
Files	Shows the files checked into the specification document. For more information, see File List for a Versioning Document.

Note: If a template is applied to a technical specification, then the template information is also displayed.

Action/ Toolbar Commands

You can perform the following actions:


Action	Description
Edit	Edits a technical specification. If a template is applied to a technical specification, the spec view content is editable.
Copy	Copies the technical specification. For more information, see Copying a Technical Specification.
Revise	Revises a technical specification. For more information, see Revising a Technical Specification. Note: This appears when the technical specification is in Release state.
Apply Template	Applies a template to the technical specification. For more information, see Applying and Removing a Template
Remove Applied Template	Removes the applied template. For more information, see Remove a Template
