Template Properties

The properties page displays all the basic details and attribute information of a template.

To access this page: Open the template, select Properties tab.

Properties

PropertyDescription
TypeThe type of the template.
NameThe name of the template.
TitleThe title of the template
RevisionThe template is revision.
StateThe lifecycle state of the template.
OwnerThe currently assigned owners. You can edit the list.
DescriptionDescription of the template.
OriginatedDisplays when the template was created.
Release DateRelease date of the template.
Type Displays the type of object for which template is created.
Policies List of policies for this template.
Design ResponsibilityOrganization that has design responsibility for the template.
Change OrderDisplays the changed order that the template is connected to.
Change ActionChange action for the template.
Claimed InformationDisplays all the claimed attributes selected in the template. This section of the page displays all fields dynamically.

CommandsDescription
Edit Edits the properties of template. For more information, see Editing a Template.
Subscribe By selecting one or multiple of the following options, you subscribe to notifications generated when lifecycle of a product data template reaches to that particular state.Revise, Release, and Obsolete.
Copy Copies a template. For more information, see Copying a Template.
Revise If a template is in the release state, you can revise the template. For more information, see Revising a Template.
