Columns Description
Name

Name of the object.

Title

Title of the object.

Type

The object type.

Current State

The current state of the object in its lifecycle.

Revision Lists revisions of the design. You can select and change the revision of the design being promoted and the selected revision will be a part of the created structure after promotion.
Status The status of the object. The status is indicated with color codes for the current iteration of nodes.

Color Code Object Status
The object is the latest revision and is in sync.
The drawing is out of sync.

The design is obsolete.

Notes:
  • Status appears for object nodes in all states.
  • Green status appears for “latest & in Sync” objects.
  • If the assembly or component is at the root node and if you select it for promotion, the Out of Sync status for drawing is indicated only after Related Drawing view and a Lateral View other than As-Built view is applied. The out of sync status appears even if the drawing is at root node & not in sync with child object.

Filter Description
Related Documents To include related documents, select the following value from the list:
  • None - Displays the stored structure.
  • Related Drawings - Adds the associated drawing objects to the structure.

If Related Drawing is applied on a node, the children of this node also appear below the node along with its Related Drawing (as per the selected expand level).

Related Drawing node is the one with the direction as bottom up that is from side of the arrow starts from the drawing.

Actual child node is the one with the direction as top down that is to side of the arrow points to the child node.

For example,

  • - pointing to the child node.
  • - pointing from the Related Drawing node.

Document Iteration To display specific iterations of designs, select one of the options from the list:

Option Description
As Built

This view shows the physically connected structure. It is used to display all the objects that are connected at the time of check in. This view works within the same revision of all items in the given structure. Thus, it displays the latest iteration within the selected revision. Check in and modification by all users results in As-Built view.

Latest Revision This view displays the latest revision for all the items in the given structure irrespective of the maturity state. This will work across revisions only.
Latest In Work Revision To display all the objects in the latest In Work state.
Latest Frozen Revision To display the latest frozen revision of the selected nodes and its underlying structure. If no revision in or beyond Frozen state is found for a particular node, then the node retrieved by applying the As-Built view to the parent node is displayed.
Latest Released Revision To display the latest released revision of the selected nodes and its underlying structure. If no released revision is found for a particular node, then the node retrieved by applying the As-Built view to the parent node is displayed.
