Context Menus

Context menus provide convenient access to commands. To see the menus, right-click an object or item.

Note: Depending on the type of the selected object, a subset of the commands is visible.

Table Header

You can access the following commands from the header of the validation table.

Pin Column > Pin to the left
Pins the selected column to the left side of the table.
Note: You cannot manually reorder a pinned column. To free the column, unpin it using No pin command.
Pin Column > Pin to the right
Pins the selected column to the right side of the table.
Note: You cannot manually reorder a pinned column. To free the column, unpin it using No pin command.
Pin Column > No Pin
Unpins the selected column.
Size Column to Fit
Resizes the selected column to fit its contents.
Size All Columns to Fit
Resizes all the columns of the table to fit their contents.
Expand All Rows
Expands the content of each row to reveal the hierarchical objects under the validation data items in the table.
Collapse All Rows
Collapses the content of each row to hide the hierarchical objects under the validation data items in the table.
Hide Column
Hides the selected column.
Note: You can make the column visible from the Custom Views dialog box.
Add Filter
Applies a filter on the selected column.

Remove Filter
Removes the filter from the selected column.
Custom Views
Opens a dialog box that lets you manage the layout of the table.
See Configuring the Data Grid View.

Table Row

You can access the following commands from the rows of the validation table.

Note: Depending on the type of the selected object, some commands are not available in the context menu.

Expand All
Expands the content of the selected rows to reveal the hierarchical objects.
Collapse All
Collapses the content of the selected rows to hide the hierarchical objects.
Relations
Opens the Relations dialog box, which lets you access the related objects.

Change Maturity
Lets you manage the maturity state of the selected object.
Note: This command is only available on interference simulations or reviews.

Assess Validation
Lets you manage the validation state of the selected object.
Note: This command is only available on reviews listed at first structure level.
