Members

The Members tab lists the owner, the people who are assigned tasks and the collaborative space that owns the content.

You cannot add or remove people from this tab. To add a person, create a task and assign that person. To remove a person, assign the task to a different person. For more information, see Tasks.

To access this tab:

  1. Open the required route.
  2. Click Members .

You can click to view the content in tiles, or to view the content in a grid.

Tile View

Each tile shows this key information about the content:

  • Thumbnail
  • User or collaborative space name
  • Route access
  • If you see , you can change the access for this person. For more information, see Actions/Member Accesses.

Grid View

Column Description
Name The name of the person or collaborative space.
Type Collaborative Space or Person
Access Shows the access level for this Person.
Actions Select an option from the list to change the access for this person. For more information, see Actions/Member Accesses.

You cannot change the access for the collaborative space or route owner.

Actions/Member Accesses

You can click and select any of these accesses from the tile or grid view. You cannot change the access for the collaborative space or route owner.

Access Description
Read Every person included in the route is assigned at least Read access for the route. This means the member can view the route properties and download route content.
Read Write
  • All Read access
  • Edit route properties
Add
  • All Read Write access
  • Add content to the route
Remove
  • All Read Write access
  • Remove content from the route
Add Remove
  • All Read Write access
  • All Add access
  • All Remove access

For routes created from route templates with Route Task Edit type as Modify/Delete Task List, the route creator can modify member access privileges.

For routes created from route templates with Route Task Edit type as Maintain Exact Task List, the route creator cannot modify member access privileges.

For routes created from route templates with Route Task Edit type as Extend Task List or Modify Task List, the route creator cannot modify member access privileges. However, if the task is reassigned, the route owner can modify the new assignee's access privileges.
