Change Template Properties Page

The change template Properties page lists attributes for the change template.

  • From the My Changes > Change Template tab, click the name of a change template.
  • To edit, click Edit from the page toolbar. For more information, see Editing Change Template Details.

Name Name of the change template
Type Change template type or subtype
Policy Policy that governs the change template
Description Details about the change template
Change Type Default type or subtype of change orders created using this change template
Change Policy Default policy of change orders created using this change template
Availability Scope of the template: personal or enterprise
Owning Organization Organization that owns the change template
  • Users can see their own personal templates, templates defined for their organization and parent organization in the same upward hierarchy.
  • The Change Administrator can see all the enterprise change templates within the Change Administrator's hierarchy, upwards and downwards
State State of the template: active or inactive
Owner Person with responsibility for the template
Originated Date when the template was created
Modified Date when the template was last modified
Originator Person who created the template
Responsible Organization Business organization where the change was raised
Reported Against High-level item for which the change was reported
Category of Change Category in which the change belongs
Severity Priority of the change
Change Coordinator Person responsible for change assessment and completion
Approver List Users responsible for reviewing and promoting the change from the Review to the In Work state
Approval List Users responsible for approving and promoting the change from the Approved to the Completed state
Informed user List Member list that is notified once the change releases
Extended Attributes Dynamic attributes that are shown if you have added attributes to the change template through the Add Existing command. Otherwise, it is not shown.
