Stop Applying Configurations to a Slave Host

You can temporarily detach a slave host from the master. This is useful for upgrading.

On the slave host, detach the slave from the master:
```
./cvinit.[sh|bat] detach
```
This creates a file on the slave host that prevents the configuration from being applied.
When you are ready to reattach the slave to the master install:
```
./cvinit.[sh|bat] attach
```
