Converting 3DEXPERIENCE Content with CATIA V5 Master to 3DEXPERIENCE Content

With the PostConversion batch, you can now convert 3DEXPERIENCE products and parts with CATIA V5 master to pure 3DEXPERIENCE products and parts.

Benefits: Converting this content to 3DEXPERIENCE data model makes the transition to the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform easier.

3D XML Import and Export of 3DEXPERIENCE Content with SOLIDWORKS Master

The 3D XML exchange of 3DEXPERIENCE content with SOLIDWORKS master with the 3DEXPERIENCE Platform is improved to support the Delegation and Waive mechanisms in interactive mode.

Benefits: If you are using the Export command for 3D XML exchanges of 3DEXPERIENCE content with SOLIDWORKS master, you can use the Delegation and Waive mechanisms to give modification rights for the exchanged objects to a distant site (for example, a supplier).

You can export 3DEXPERIENCE content with Creo Parametric® master to 3D XML files in the 3D XML with authoring format.

Benefits: You can now exchange and share 3DEXPERIENCE content with Creo Parametric® master with a distant site (suppliers, for example).

3DXML Import and Export of Libraries

You can export libraries to 3D XML files in the 3D XML with authoring format. The Export library with content option lets you export the entire library structure as well as classified items.

You can also import libraries as 3DXML files, in the Import as reference format.

Benefits: You can now exchange classification content and classified items with a distant site. The Export library with content option lets you export the whole content of a library.
