Opening Project Items Metrics

You can choose one of three views when you open Project Items Metrics or add it to a dashboard.

  1. From the Compass, select Social and Collaborative Apps .
  2. Click one of these roles:

    • Collaborative Business Innovator
    • Collaborative Industry Innovator
    • Services Product Manager
    • Services Product Developer
    • Services Product Contributor

  3. To open the widget, click Project Items Metrics.

    To add the widget to a dashboard, pin or drag Project Items Metrics to a dashboard tab.

  4. Choose the view you want, then click Save.

    Project Tasks Counter Shows counters for project tasks based on the start and finish dates, and the list of tasks for the selected counter. Project Items Metrics – Project Tasks Counter
    Project Tasks Overview Shows a bar chart indicating the number of open tasks or a line graph showing the current percent complete and projected completion dates for selected projects. Project Items Metrics – Project Tasks Overview
    Product Tasks Summary Lists tasks related to services products. Project Items Metrics – Product Tasks Summary

    The widget title bar shows Project Items Metrics followed by the view name. You can use the Preferences to change the view name as required. For more information, see Setting Preferences.

    You cannot change the view after you click Save, but you can easily add Project Items Metrics as another widget to the same or different tab or dashboard with another configuration.

You can add any combination of widgets to a dashboard tab, from any combination of apps.
