Displaying a Capture

You can display a capture. The annotations and annotations planes will be displayed with respect to a specific context.


Before you begin: Open a 3D shape containing annotations, view/annotation planes, and at least a tolerancing capture.

  1. Consider the following 3D shape with various types of 3D annotations.



  2. Right-click XXX capture in the tree or the Views and Captures panel and select Display Capture (where XXX is a name of the capture).
    Important:
    • The XXX capture is automatically set as current: .

      New created annotations will be associated with this capture.

    • During the capture display, the current type of render style, Parallel or Perspective, is used.
    • The geometry is zoomed and rotated according to the camera associated with the capture.
    • All the annotations and views, those were hidden at the time of capture creation are hidden.
    • The annotations which are visible and not a part of the capture support view during capture creation, are also displayed.
