Reported Item Information

The Reported Item Information page lists the products, physical products, and parts that are associated with an equipment service request (ESR) or inquiry.

To access this page:

From the Event Properties or Inquiry Power View page, select the Reported Item Information tab.

Column Name	Description
Name	Name of the item. Click to view the details of the item.
Business Unit	Name of the business unit to which the item is associated
Marketing Name	Marketing name of the item
Batch/Lot Number	Batch number of the item
Serial Number	Serial number of the item
Kit Number	Kit number of the item
Part Number	Part number of the item
Expiration Date	Expiration date of the item
Quantity	Quantity of item used
UOM	Unit of measure of the quantity

Add Existing	Add an existing item to the ESR or inquiry	Adding Reported Items
Remove	Removes the selected item from the ESR or inquiry. Click OK to confirm.	--
