Reopening a Complaint

If you require a complaint for further investigation after you close it, you can reopen the complaint. After you reopen a complaint, its state is set to Create.


Before you begin:
  • You must be a quality manager.
  • Ensure that the associated investigation, returns, and fulfillment are in Complete state.
  • Close all tasks related to the complaint.
  • You must be on the Complaints List page or the Complaint Power View page.

Converting Complaints
  1. From the Complaint Power View page, in the Properties tab toolbar, click Reopen.

    You can also select the required complaint from the Complaints List page and select Actions > Reopen.

    The Reopen page appears.
  2. Type the reason for reopening the complaint in the Comment box.
  3. Click Done.
    The complaint is reopened.
