Reopening an Equipment Service Request

If you require an Equipment Service Request (ESR) for further investigation after you close it, you can reopen the ESR. After you reopen an ESR, its state is set to Create.

• You must be a quality manager.
• You must be on the Equipment Service Requests List page or the Equipment Service Request Power View page.
