Equipment Service Requests List

The Equipment Service Requests List page displays the list of equipment service requests (ESR) and related details.

To access this page:

From the Compass, click Social and Collaborative Apps  and select Complaints and Nonconformance.
The Complaints List page appears.
Click the Equipment Service Requests tab.

Columns


Column Name	Description
Name	Name of the ESR. ESR names are prefixed with ESR-
Type	Type of the object, ESR
Status	State of the ESR. Possible states are Create, In Process, and Closed.
Receipt Date	Date on which the ESR was raised
	: a contact is associated with the ESR Point to to view the name of the contact person. Click to view the details of the contact person.
Problem Description Details	Description of the problem
Business Unit	Name of the contact person's business unit
Reported Against Item	Name of the product, physical product, model, or part for which the ESR is created. Click to view its details.
	: ESR is under investigation : ESR investigation is complete or not required Blank: investigation not started for ESR Point to view the status of the investigation. Click to view the details of the investigation.
	Severity of the investigation. denotes severity is low denotes severity is medium denotes severity is high denotes severity is urgent
Create	Number of days the ESR is in Create state
In Process	Number of days the ESR is in In Process state
Age	Age of the ESR in number of days
Owner	Name of the ESR owner
	: a file is attached Click to view the details of the attached file and download it.
	Click to view the details of an ESR in a new window.

Based on your role, you can filter the Equipment Service Requests List to view ESR by states or statuses.

Users with access to the app: active and closed ESRs owned by you or assigned to you
Quality Manager : unassigned ESRs, and ESRs in Create and In Process states
Complaint investigator: assigned and unassigned ESRs

> Accept	Assigns you the responsibility of the selected ESR. Click OK to confirm. Note: Ensure the following: You must be a complaint investigator. You can accept only unassigned ESRs that are in In Process state.	--
> Transfer Ownership	Transfers the ownership of an ESR	Transferring an Equipment Service Request
> Submit for Evaluation	Promotes an ESR from Create to In Process state. You must be the owner or a quality manager to perform this action. After you promote the ESR to In Process state, an investigation object is created automatically, and the Investigation tab appears in the Equipment Service Request Power View page. > Close	Closes an ESR	Closing an Equipment Service Request
> Invalidate	Invalidates an ESR	Invalidating an Equipment Service Request
> Delete	Deletes an ESR. Click OK to confirm. You must be the owner or a quality manager to perform this action. You can delete ESRs only when they are in Create state.	--
> CAPA > Create CAPA Request	Creates a CAPA request using the ESR.	See Creating a CAPA Request in the CAPA and Audit Management User's Guide.
> CAPA > Add To Existing CAPA	Adds the ESR to a CAPA project or a CAPA request as a data source. From the Search Results page that appears, select the required objects and click Submit.	--
