	Manage Process Scopes Creates, deletes, or reconnects a System-Item scope, a System-Workplan scope, or a Workplan-Item scope. Right-click a system or a workplan to access the command from the context menu. See Defining a System-Item Scope.
	Assignments Manager See Flyout for Managing Assignments and Links.
	Create Product Flow Creates a product flow between two systems, between two operations, or between a system and an operation. A product flow is created from the first selected object to the second one. See Creating a Product Flow.
	Create Precedence Link. See Flyout for Creating Precedence Links.
	Tree Reordering See Flyout for Managing the Display of PPR Content.
	3D View Displays the 3D representation of the selected PPR object. The 3D View lets you visualize: The 3D representation of a product or resource The build-up of an item, system or operation. See Using the 3D View in Process Planning.
	Relations Displays the selected object's relations with other objects in the current session. The panel displays relations such as scope links, implement links, data requirements, precedence constraints, product flows, and time constraints. See Listing Related Objects in the Relations Panel.
	Process Gantt Displays a tree view and a flow view of systems and operations, and provides information about systems, operations, parts, fasteners, and resources. Select a system. The Gantt chart displays systems and their operations, and can be used to create operations and constraints between operations. See Using the Process Gantt Chart.
	Workload Balancing Balances operations between systems using a bar chart. Select a system. A panel appears comprising a bar chart and a table showing system information and operations sequencing. In the bar chart, drag rectangles, which represent operations, to balance the workload between systems. See Balancing Workloads on a Selected System.
	Premises Usage Applies a production demand and a shift model to compute the weighted time of operations. Select a system, then select: the production demand (that is, the quantity to be manufactured) for a number of items and configurations shift models containing shift schedule information. The weighted time of the operations is displayed in the Gantt chart and Workload Balancing panel. See Working with Premises.
	PPR Spreadsheet Editor Starts the PPR Spreadsheet Editor. Lets you browse and edit the planning and simulation data in a spreadsheet view. See Using the Spreadsheet.
	Documents Allows you to attach or detach Attachments or Specifications to an object and preview them in another panel. See, Social and Collaborative Apps  \| Enterprise Modeling and Execution \| Document Management for Dashboard \| Information Tabs \| Attachments.

Flyout for Creating Systems

Workplan: Inserts a workplan.; Select a parent in the structure where you want to create the workplan.

Header Workplan

Inserts a Header workplan.

Select a PPR Context where you want to create the Header workplan taking into that:

Header workplans cannot be inserted under another parent and can only have workplans as children.
You can link a Header workplan to an asset structure, and create scope links between Header workplans and items.
You cannot link a Header workplan to a capable resource structure, a system output, and an origin.
You cannot create scope links between Header workplans and Manufactured items.
You cannot create product flows between Workplans inserted under a Header workplan.

Creating a System

General System: Inserts a General system.; Select a parent in the system structure where you want to create the General system.

Transformation System: Inserts a Transformation system.; Select a parent in the system structure where you want to create the Transformation system.

Transfer System: Inserts a Transfer system.; Select a parent in the system structure where you want to create the Transfer system.

Source System: Inserts a Source system.; Select a parent in the system structure where you want to create the Source system.

Sink System: Inserts a Sink system; Select a parent in the system structure where you want to create the Sink system.

Important: This command is available when Process Flow Simulation is installed. See the Process Flow Simulation User's Guide.

Buffer System: Inserts a Buffer system.; Select a parent in the system structure where you want to create the Buffer system.

Important: This command is available when Process Flow Simulation is installed. See the Process Flow Simulation User's Guide.

Existing Workplan...: Inserts an existing workplan.; Select a parent in the workplan structure then select an existing workplan using the search box in the top bar.

Existing Header Workplan...: Inserts an existing Header workplan.; Select a PPR Context then select an existing Header workplan using the search box in the top bar.

Existing System...: Inserts an existing system.; Select a parent in the system structure then select an existing system using the search box in the top bar.

Insert Options: Inserts a system/operation in a system/operation structure with product flow between the systems/operations.; In the System/Operation Insert Options panel, select a position in the system/operation structure where to insert the system/operation.

	Header Operation Inserts a Header operation. Select a parent in the system structure where you want to create the Header operation. See Creating Operations with Explicit Attributes.
	General Operation Inserts a General operation. Select a parent in the system structure where you want to create the General operation. See Creating Operations with Explicit Attributes.
	Point Fastening Operation Inserts a Point Fastening operation. Select a parent in the system structure where you want to create the Point Fastening operation. See Creating Operations with Explicit Attributes.
	Curve Fastening Operation Inserts a Curve Fastening operation. Select a parent in the system structure where you want to create the Curve Fastening operation. See Creating Operations with Explicit Attributes.
	Loading Operation Inserts a Loading operation. Select a parent in the system structure where you want to create the Loading operation. See Creating Operations with Explicit Attributes.

	Existing Operation... Inserts an existing operation. Select a parent in the system structure then select an existing operation using the search box in the top bar. See Inserting an Existing Operation.
	Existing Operation as Copy Inserts a copy of an existing operation. Select a parent in the system structure then select an existing operation using the search box in the top bar. A copy of the selected operation is inserted: it is prefixed with "prefix defined". See Inserting an Existing Operation as Copy.
	Insert Options Inserts a system/operation in a system/operation structure with product flow between the systems/operations. In the System/Operation Insert Options panel, select a position in the system/operation structure where to insert the system/operation. See Inserting a System or Operation Into an Existing Product Flow.

Flyout for Creating Instructions

Create Text Instruction: Creates a text instruction using rich text content.; Note: See the Work Instructions User's Guide.

Create Data Collect Plan Instruction

Creates a work instruction that directs workers to provide information such as inventory tracking or defect counts.

Important: To access this command, you need to have the Work Instructions license.

Create Data Collect Checklist Instruction

Creates a data collect composed of boolean checks to be performed.

Create Sign Off Instruction: Creates a work instruction that requires a sign off as part of the work process.; Note: See the Work Instructions User's Guide.

Create Alert Instruction: Creates an alert work instruction whenever you want to warn workers about safety or equipment concerns in an operation.; Note: See the Work Instructions User's Guide.

Quick Edit: Edits a work instruction as part of the work process.; Note: See the Work Instructions User's Guide.

Flyout for Managing Time Analysis on an Operation

Important: The following commands are available when you install Time-Motion Study.

Create Time Analysis: Creates a time analysis that is attached to an operation.; Click Create Time Analysis and select a PPR Operation from the data tree. In the Time Analysis dialog box, provide a Title and Description as needed. Select type of Subsystem in the drop-down and click OK.; See the Time-Motion Study User's Guide.

Attach Existing Time Analysis: Attaches an existing time analysis to an operation.; Click Attach Existing Time Analysis and select the PPR operation. If time analysis is already attached, a dialog box appears. Click Yes to replace the existing time analysis. A message appears: Select or search an object or press ESC to exit.
In the search field, enter the initial characters of the time analysis name, and then click Search. The search results are listed. Select a time analysis.; See the Time-Motion Study User's Guide.

Edit Time Analysis: Changes specifications of a time analysis.; Click Edit Time Analysis and in the time analysis details, change accordingly.; See the Time-Motion Study User's Guide.

Delete Time Analysis: Deletes a time analysis.; Click Delete Time Analysis and select the time analysis or right-click the time analysis and select Delete.
To delete multiple time analyses, in a tree, press ctrl and select the time analyses, right-click, and then Delete.; See the Time-Motion Study User's Guide.

Generate Time Analysis Report: Prints the selected Time Analysis.; Click Print Time Analysis and select the PPR operation: the Generate Time Analysis dialog box appears.; Select the style sheet and the file for generating XML accordingly. The contents of the time analysis are retrieved and exported into the XML which is placed in a common location (...Local\DassaultSystemes\CATTemp); See the Time-Motion Study User's Guide.

Datacard Administration: Creates, changes, and manages Datacards.; Clicking Datacard Administration, the dialog box appears. Edit accordingly, then click Close.; See the Time-Motion Study User's Guide.

Update Value Added Category: Updates the value added categories on all the time analyses of a system when there are changes in the value added categories.; Click Update Value Added Category and create or remove a valued added category.; See the Time-Motion Study User's Guide.

Flyout for Managing Assignments and Links


	Assignment Manager Manages assignments such as: products to a selected item items to a selected operation resources and detailing task to a selected operation operations and detailing tasks to a selected resource requirements to a selected item or operation. In the Assignment Manager panel, use the arrow buttons to assign or unassign PPR objects on the selected object. See Managing Item to Operation Assignments.
	Manage Inconsistent Links Item - Product Manages inconsistent links between items and products. The Manage Inconsistent Links panel lists any inconsistent links between items and products. Use the Reroute, Delete and Ignore buttons in the panel to correct these links.
	Manage Inconsistent Links Operation - Item Manages incomplete or inconsistent implement links between systems/operations and items. The Manage Inconsistent Links panel lists any inconsistent links between systems/operations and items. Use the Reroute, Delete and Ignore buttons in the panel to correct these links. See Managing Inconsistent Links Between Operations and Items.
	Manage Inconsistent Links Operation - Operation Manages incomplete or inconsistent implement links between systems/operations and workplans/operations. The Manage Inconsistent Links panel lists any inconsistent links between systems/operations and workplans/operations. Use the Reroute, Delete and Ignore buttons in the panel to correct these links. See Managing Inconsistent Links Between Operations.
	Manage & Update Requirement Links Item\Operation Manages the update of requirement structure linked with items or operations The Update & Repair Links panel lists any obsolete requirement linked with an item or an operation. Use the Reroute Link, Remove Link, Replace Object by Revision, and Delete Object actions in the panel to fix or to upgrade these relations. See Managing and Updating Requirement Links Between Items and Operations.
	Systems Assignment Assistant Manages item assignments to systems/operations using the System Assignment Assistant. Select systems and operations in the left-hand and/or right-hand lists in the assistant. Available and assigned items are listed and displayed in a 3D viewer. Use the arrow buttons to assign or unassign selected items. See Using the System Assignment Assistant.

Flyout for Creating Precedence Links


	Create Precedence Link Creates a precedence constraint between two operations. Select two operations to create a precedence constraint between them. The first operation ends before the second one starts. See Create a Precedence Link.
	Create Start-Start Link Creates a start-start synchronization link between two operations. Select two operations to create a start-start synchronization link between them. The two operations start at the same time. See Create a Start-Start Link.
	Create End-End Link Creates an end-end synchronization link between two operations. Select two operations to create an end-end synchronization link between them. The two operations end at the same time. See Create an End-End Link.
	Create End-Start Link Creates an end-start constraint link between two operations. Select two operations to create an end-start constraint link between them. The first operation ends before the second one starts. You can specify a delay between the two operations. See Create an End-Start Link.

Flyout for Managing the Display of PPR Content


	Tree Reordering Reorders objects in the tree. See Reordering Objects in the Tree.
	Order by Sequence Sorts operations and systems in the tree and Gantt chart by taking into account their sequencing. Select a system (the root system, for example). The structure of the selected system is reordered according to the begin times of the operations. See Ordering by Sequence.
	Filter PPR Content Filters PPR content based on predefined configurations. The PPR Configuration Filtering panel lets you filter content in root products, items, systems, and resources that have predefined configurations. See Filter PPR Content Panel.
