You can crawl data manually and display crawling history.

Crawl Data Manually

You can manually crawl the data of a configured MisoData widget that is based on a cloud or 3DDrive file to retrieve the new data, if any.

Before you begin:
Note: Only the steps described below allow you to crawl the data of a MisoData widget; the Menu > Refresh command does not crawl any data.
  • Configure MisoData by either selecting Cloud or Dropped file at step 2 - Import data of the wizard. For more information, see 2 - Import Data.
    Note: You must be the user who configured the widget, including when the widget is pinned to a synchronized dashboard.
  • Be Owner or Contributor of the dashboard.
  1. From the widget header, select Menu > Edit .
    The wizard opens at step 3 - Select range.
  2. On the wizard, click Crawl data now.

    If the Crawl data now button is not displayed, refresh your page with the refresh feature of your browser.

  3. Click Next.
  4. Click Finish.
  5. Optional: Edit the displayed dates if the retrieved data is associated with dates that are out of the displayed date range. For more information, see Editing Widget Preferences.

Displaying Crawl Logs

You can display logs to check all past crawling dates and know if they failed or succeeded.

On the configured widget, hover over the Change Chart Type that is displayed next to the chart type icon and click MisoData Status .

Logs are displayed.
