Filtering in Columns in the Tree View

You can now filter some columns in the tree view thanks to the Filter Values command in the columns header.
Benefits: You can now filter a model that is loaded in the widget.

Assigning a Unified Format

The Unified Format column is now displayed in the Generate Derived Output panel, and in the Derived Output tab of the Side Panel or the Properties widget.
You can assign a unified format for all the Derived Output Conversion Rules from the Derived Format Management tab in the parameterization console of the Collaborative Spaces Configuration Center widget. The unified format cannot be edited. By default, it is computed and assigned when a Derived Output Conversion Rule is created.
Benefits: This enables the unified format to be shared across the different xCAD definitions irrespective of CADOrigin and source type.

Sharing a Product

You can now copy the direct link to an object that is opened in your widget so you can share it with other users using the Copy Link context menu.
When users click the link, it opens the object in the source app if they have the required credentials.
Benefits: You can get the link to an object you are working on and directly share it with any user.

Visualizing Configuration Context

You can now display the Configuration Context column in the tree view to visualize the configuration context that is applied to the object.
To display the Configuration Context, from the Tools section of the action bar, click Tree List View Options , select Configuration Context, then click Close.
Note: When you edit the configuration context, the column in the tree view is automatically updated.
Benefits: You can visualize the configuration context directly in the tree view.

Keeping the Column Sorting in Tree View

You can now keep the column sorting after you refresh the widget or the browser.
You can clear the sorting using the Clear Sort command.
Benefits: The column sorting is kept after the refresh so you do not have to sort the column again.

Editing the Instance Attribute

You can now edit the instance attribute from the tree view by double-clicking the attribute cell.
Benefits: You do not have to open the Properties widget to edit the instance attribute.

Close Commands Replaced with Remove Commands

The Close, Close All, and Remove from Recent commands have been renamed Remove andRemove All .
The following commands have been renamed:
Previous command and icon New command an icon
In the home page: Remove from Recent Remove
In the Root List pane: Close Remove
In the action bar: Close All Remove All
In the context menu: Close selected Remove
In the Tree List View Options panel: Remove Remove
Benefits: The change of command and icon ensures consistency across dashboard apps and makes it easier to distinguish the Remove command, which removes objects from the view but does not delete them, from the Delete command, which permanently deletes objects.

Managing Document Sub-Types

You can now select, attach, and view document subtypes from the Specification Documents and Attachments tabs.
Benefits: You can now manage document subtypes.

Inserting Existing Objects

When you insert existing objects, an in context search panel appears to let you select the object of your choice.
You can view the content and properties of an object by clicking , and then Preview.

To select an object, click it, and click OK.

Benefits: The in context search helps you find objects easily and efficiently.

New icon for CAD Master Surpac

The CAD Master Surpac icon is now available in the Tree view.
Benefits: This new icon lets you identify the CAD Master at a glance.

Reordering

The Tree Reordering dialog box now displays the structure in the same order as defined in the database. The sorting that is not persistent (such as the column sorting) is no more taken into account.
Benefits: The Tree Reordering dialog box displays the structure as it is defined in the database, preventing any mistake when reordering the structure.

Using the Pager in Focus On and Search In Current Tab

When you search objects using the Search In Current Tab, you can now use the Select all matching items option available from the pager to select all the objects matching the criteria. The pager also appears when you select several objects and click Focus On, from the context menu.
Benefits: This option lets you select all the results at once.

Updating Revisions on Entire Structure

This command analyzes the entire product structure, and proposes an update with the latest revisions. If an update is not possible, a revision creation is proposed.
Benefits: This command lets you update the whole structure, including sublevels, even if not loaded.
