Finding Status

The Finding Status page provides the list of finding statuses and its replies created for a particular finding.

Required Access Roles:

  • Baseline: Author, Leader
  • App-Specific: Audit Lead, Audit Administrator

Ensure that the LQIAudit.EnableFindingStatusFunctionality property is set to Yes to view the Finding Status category. For more information, see Configuring Audit Finding Status.

T'o access this page:

  • Open the required audit finding. For more information, see Finding Sections.
  • In the navigation pane, click Finding Status.

Columns

Column Name Description
Name The name of the finding status and reply.
Revision The revision sequence of the object.
Description The description of the finding status and reply.
State The current state of the finding status and reply in its lifecycle.
Status The current status of the finding status.
Owner The owner of the finding status and reply.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

Actions Description
Create Finding Status Creates a finding status. You can create a finding status if all the finding statuses connected to the context finding are closed. For more information, see Creating a Finding Status.
Create Reply Creates a reply for the selected finding status. You can create a reply for the selected finding status if it is in the Closed state. Only one reply can be created for the finding status. For more information, see Creating a Reply.
Delete Deletes the selected finding status and reply. You can delete the selected findings status and replies that are in the Open state.
Enable Edit / Disable Edit Toggles between edit and view mode. In the edit mode, you can edit the description of the selected finding status and reply using the rich text options. You can also edit the status of the selected finding status.
Note: You can edit the details of finding status upto the Resolution state.
