Opening CAPA Template

From the CAPA Template Page page, click the name of a template.

The template is opened and you can view the categories of information for the CAPA template.

Properties	Properties	Shows the details of the template.	See CAPA Template Properties.
	Cutomer Extensions	Lists the customer extensions associated with the complaint. These customer extensions further define attributes for the template. 	History	Shows a log of all the actions that were performed on the template.	See History Page in the 3DEXPERIENCE Basics \| Web Apps Common Services.
