Study Signature Form

The form's title reports the lifecycle change you are approving or requesting. The icon in the title corresponds to the current lifecycle status of the study.

Sign: This confirms that the information you have entered on the form and registers your electronic signature for the current lifecycle change.

There are several headings in the Study and Protocol Overview section.

General Information displays the basic study information.

People & Organization lists the study members and their access roles.

Materials lists the lots and amounts used in the study.

Test Design reports the configuration of the study's tests.

Summary Amount reports the calculations automatically performed according to the specified test design, including overages, to generate the required total amount of each selected material for the study. For more information, see Amounts.

For all changes in lifecycle state, the Revision Information section includes an illustration of the transition that results when you provide your signature.

For an unapproved study, use the Approvers list to select the members to approve the study. You can only select study members who have review rights and who have not edited the study.

Signing Meaning: Choose the reason for signing the study.

Comment: Provide any further information on your reason for signing the study.
