Opening a Representation

You can open a representation and view all its details.

Required access roles: Author, Leader, Reader, Contributor, Owner

From the Representations page, click the title of the required representation. You can use the categories in the navigation pane to access information related to the representation.

ThumbnailAllows you to manage the representation thumbnail.
LifecycleAllows you to manage the lifecycle of a representation.

SharingLists who the representation is shared with, and what privileges they have.
