Communities Menu
On the top left of the top bar, a
context menu lets you access and manage your communities content and settings.
The following commands are available:

Whats's New: Displays the latest publications available in your communities.
My Bookmarks: Lets you manage your preferred bookmarks. For more information, see Managing My Bookmarks.
My Nerwork Activity: If you have alread added a contact to your network, it displays an activity list sortes by date.
3DSwym Management: Covers the same functional scope provided by the Communities Control Center app. For more information about Communities Control Center, see Installation and Setup: Administrate: Platform Management: Platform Manager Widgets: Communities Control Center.
Searches for communities.
- If a community is selected, these additional commands are available:
My Contributions: See Managing My Contributions.
Subscriptions: Subscribes to the community RSS feed.
Share: Shares the community.
In the the Share this comunity dialog box, select either of the following:
- Share with users. In the
Search for users field, enter
either the user's name or email, and click
Share.Note: The user's name can only be used when sharing content with someone who has already validated the platform invitation. You can use an email only if:
- The user has not validated the platform invitation yet.
- The user has not been invited to the platform and your administrator has activated external sharing.
- Share by link. Click Copy link to copy the URL to your clipboard and share it with anyone.
- Share on social networks. Share on Google+ / Share on Twitter / Share on Facebook. If the administrator of your platform has enabled these services, share a hyperlink of the selected community on public social networks.
- Share with users. In the
Search for users field, enter
either the user's name or email, and click
Share.
Statistics: Displays the statistics of the community.
Settings: Displays the community settings.
